Be sure to sign up for Centa's email list. David Ingram answers questions emailed into him regarding many different cross border topics. He then emails these Q&A's out to his email list. I probably receive several a day and always enjoy reading them. I have learned a lot about cross border issues just from consistently reading these emails. I have even emailed him questions of my own and received answers that were very helpful. Spend some time browsing his site as there is a lot of information and you can probably find your question has already been answered.
